Why We Started YimYang

We’re Yann and Sofiane, two friends who built our lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

We saw monks preserving sacred traditions with almost nothing and children without education or hope.
A gap we couldn’t ignore.

That’s why we created YimYang, not to extract a tradition, but to complete the circle.
Every bracelet supports the monks who bless them and the children who carry Thailand’s future.

One thread. Two worlds held together.

YimYang is more than a shop

It’s a circle of giving.

In Thai, “Yim” means smile, a simple act of kindness that connects people.“Yang” represents balance, the harmony between giving and receiving.

When you wear your Sai Sin, you become part of something bigger.

10% of our profits flow back to the temples feeding monks who bless our bracelets and Children's Programs through Care108

So far, together we've donated $10,014.

My YimYang bracelet reminds me daily of my travels in Thailand and the peaceful spirit I felt there. The fact that it also helps sustain that tradition is beautiful. It’s more than jewelry, it’s a circle of compassion.

Kenji H.

Wearing this bracelet makes me feel protected, but also connected to the monks, to Thailand, and to the idea that small acts can make a difference. Thank you Yann & Sofiane for bringing this tradition to the world.
